Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fixed asset lifecycle: capitalization, depreciation, disposals, reconciliations
  • Perform periodic inventory accounting and audit support
  • Maintain accurate GL entries and monthly close tasks
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
  • Collaborate across departments to optimize accounting processes and internal controls
  • Assist with external audits and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • 5+ years' accounting experience, including fixed assets, inventory, and GL
  • Proficient with ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and GAAP
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities

Competitive Pay & Total Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $88,000-$105,000/year, based on experience
